How Teen Patti is played
Teen Patti ("three cards") deals every player three cards from a 52-card deck. Betting moves clockwise from the dealer's left: each player either packs (folds), calls the current stake or raises. You may play blind (without looking at your cards, betting half the seen stake) or seen after peeking. The pot goes to the last player standing, or to the stronger hand at showdown.

Blind vs seen — the real maths
- A blind player bets half of what a seen player must bet to stay in. Your cards are average by definition, but you're paying half price for the same pot equity — that's why experienced players stay blind for the first raise or two.
- Seen players gain information but telegraph strength: an instant fold after peeking tells the table plenty.
- With 74% of hands being high-card junk, most Teen Patti pots are won by pressure, not by cards. Fold discipline beats hero calls.
